Your backflow assembly is located between your water lines & soda line. This device is reviewed by Clark County Health Department, if your establishment does not have a soda line, the backflow assembly will be located outside the building and the test is mandated by the City of Henderson or the City of North Las Vegas. This device is reviewed every year and having an expired backflow certification at your establishment may result in a loss of points and/ or fines on your next health inspection.
