Women's Fund Grant Program

The Women's Fund Grant Program, facilitated by the Community Foundation of Grand Forks, East Grand Forks & Region, aims to empower girls and women by providing resources to achieve economic, social, and political equity. The program supports initiatives that raise awareness of issues facing women today, enhance leadership skills, and promote women's philanthropy. Grants, typically around $5,000, are awarded to eligible nonprofits or public entities for projects that benefit the residents of Grand Forks, Walsh, or Polk County. Applications are open for projects starting in October 2024 and must be completed by September 2025. Preference is given to new projects or first-time applicants, with a requirement for a presentation to the Grant Review Committee.
