Meet Kristin and Brandon Willett, the ordained pastors leading the charge at First Light Fellowship. With a wealth of experience in local congregations, camp ministries, and para-church work, Kristin and Brandon are dedicated to shaping faith-filled lives and impacting the world together. Both Phoenix natives, returned home after a stint in Montana, where they were inspired by the 1001 New Worshiping Community initiative. Their vision for First Light Fellowship is rooted in inviting others into the community and strengthening connections with God, oneself, the church family, and others.

At the heart of their leadership approach is a commitment to shared leadership, reflected in their dynamic leadership team comprised of local Anthem residents. Together, they collaboratively envision, plan, and pray for the ministry of First Light, creatively discerning how to live as disciples and bless the larger community. With a focus on family ministry, Kristin and Brandon's four children—Micah, Graham, Levi, and Kennedy—serve as constant sources of inspiration and motivation.
