Participants keep watch over each other's properties, promptly reporting any suspicious activity. Residents interested in joining the program can contact the Community Services Division for assistance in setting up a Neighborhood Watch in their neighborhood. Group members, led by a designated Captain, meet regularly to discuss crime prevention techniques, emergency preparedness, and other neighborhood safety topics, fostering unity and a sense of community.
