Resident Impacts

The impact of the lives of people who live in affordable housing are remarkable. Many of our residents had been struggling for many years. The majority of our residents are extremely low-income and fall below the federal poverty line. Once they receive the keys to their new WHCHC apartment, a sense of relief and feelings of safety and security help them to stabilize their lives. The critical resident services available to all residents free-of-charge help to keep them housed and thrive.
