Mental Health Counseling

I hold a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University. I am intuitive and have trained in psychic/mediumship work, shamanic healing arts, ancestral lineage repair, and energy healing. As a highly sensitive person with hearing loss, I regularly utilize the tools Ive learned along the way to help me ground, regulate, and gain a wider perspective of whats happening at the moment. When appropriate, I bring in tools to empower clients and guide them to recognize the wisdom of their bodies and what they perceive. By strengthening trust in ourselves, we can more clearly discern who and what to trust in the world.

My approach to working with clients is compassionate and trauma-informed. I specialize in working with clients who are d/Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or hearing with a foot in the Deaf world. I also work with clients from all social locations who are navigating liminal spaces. My work is guided by these three words: Trust, Acceptance, and Integration. By learning to trust ourselves and the support around us, then bringing acceptance to parts of ourselves that we may have cut off or disconnected from, we can then integrate the work in gentle, grounding ways.
