The main entrance of Mount Vernon Memorial Park features two large fountains, a statue of George Washington (the cemetery is named after his Virginia home), and a replica of the Liberty Bell. The cemetery grounds also feature a monument that honors lives lost on 9/11 as well as a veterans garden with cannons and flags representing all military branches.
