We offer full payroll services, custom fit to your practice and schedule. We also file all reports and payments for you, sending W2's and 1099's, and perform periodic payroll analysis. All transactions are recorded and organized in proper ledgers and all paperwork is securely stored for at least 7 years. You keep the originals.iBooks Management assigns a dedicated and experienced bookkeeper to manage your account so you are corresponding with just one person at all times.   Once a month, usually within the first week, we reconcile your account against your bank's records, and resolve issues, if any. Our standard practice is to provide you with your financial statements each quarter, so you know exactly how you are performing financially at any given time. However, customized reports can be generated at any time based on your needs and goals, at no additional cost to you. We generate year-end Profit and Loss statements, prepare all paperwork, and act as a liaison between you and your CPA.
