The Camden County Children’s Inter-Agency Coordinating Council (CIACC) functions as the county’s advisory body to the New Jersey Department of Children and Families (DCF). CIACC is responsible for guiding the development and sustainability of a coordinated, accessible, and responsive system of care for children, youth, and young adults facing emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges, as well as intellectual and developmental disabilities and substance use service needs. Through collaboration and strategic planning, CIACC helps ensure that supportive services effectively address the complex needs of these populations.
