Community Health Centers (CHC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing primary healthcare services that are both high-quality and compassionate. Established in 1972, CHC serves the diverse communities of Central Florida, offering medical, dental, and pharmaceutical care. Through donations, CHC supports uninsured patients living below 200% of the poverty line with a sliding discount program. Contributions directly enhance patient care, allowing CHC to meet the increasing healthcare demands of children, families, and seniors in the region.
