EMS Instructor

Join Hall Ambulance Service, Inc., a cornerstone in Kern County for over 50 years, as an EMS Instructor at the Harvey L. Hall EMS Academy. This role involves teaching and guiding EMT and Paramedic students through an accelerated curriculum, ensuring they master new skills and refresh existing ones. As a full-time, year-round instructor, you will be responsible for delivering EMS classes, managing classroom and clinical learning experiences, and maintaining compliance with all relevant standards. This position requires a current Paramedic license, proven teaching and leadership abilities, and a deep knowledge of EMS regulations. You will also participate in ongoing training development and perform additional training duties as needed.
